Providing inspiration for the design of scenarios in education

THE RESEARCH MISSION
Our research is framed within a greater challenge: the design of futures scenarios for education.
OUR MAP
Methodology: Desk Research "broad spectrum" and many hours of analysis, divided in different stages, during 5 weeks.
STAGES
1. Internal analysis
We zoom out on everything that talks about Education.
Nationally and Internationally.
2. External analysis (P.E.S.T.E.L.)
We transcend the sector to understand political, economic, social, technological, environmental and legal factors that must be considered in the design of possible scenarios.
3. Merging and diverging hypotheses
We cross trends and signals of change, think hypotheses, diverge on possibilities and open more and more the focus, using the formula of "What if..." which in our case, we adapted to:

4. Areas of Transformation
The challenge was to glimpse areas of transformation, desirable territories of opportunity and we came to define 6 major areas, within which we found different trends and new sub-clusters of opportunity.
Mission accomplished!
We concluded 5 weeks of exploration to hand over to our Design colleagues, who will take our ideas as raw material for the following phases of ideation and prototyping of future scenarios, proposing the strategic and long-term vision necessary to have a positive impact on the future.
